Your information, including name and email address, are only processed for ticket purchases, to grant you access at the day of the event, and to provide you with information about the event. Your data is only shared with third parties, e.g. payment providers, to the extent necessary to facilitate the operation of the conference. To request your information to be removed, please contact info (at) zigtoberfest.de.
Third-party services
Some parts of this website load content from other servers. When that happens, your browser sends your IP address and standard request information, such as your browser type, to that server. Links to other sites, such as Discord, YouTube, Mastodon or Codeberg, only contact those sites when you click them.
Analytics
This website uses Umami Cloud (cloud.umami.is) for analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect any personally identifiable information and anonymizes all data collected. Users cannot be identified and are never tracked across websites.
Ticket shop
The ticket shop on the home page is provided by pretix and loaded from pretix.sugar-codeconnect.de. Ticket purchases are processed there as described in the privacy policy above.

The venue map on the home page loads map images from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org), which is operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Please see their privacy policy for details.
Newsletter
The newsletter form on the home page sends your e-mail address and, if you provide it, your name to our newsletter server at newsletter.zigtoberfest.de. We only use them to send you updates about Zigtoberfest.
